Double Sided UV Whiskey Barrel Pendant

This double-sided resin/wood pendant has been meticulously handmade out of worn, pre-used oak wood from a whiskey barrel and UV resin. One side has a vivid blue resin within the grain of the wood and the other side is white which glows a beautiful pale blue once charged under a bright light.

Each piece is made entirely by hand and is completely one-of-a-kind. Due to the nature of how I obtain the wood, that I use mainly offcuts and wood destined to be burnt or disposed of, there is only a finite number of pieces that can ever be made.

• UV will need to be charged with a bright light for 15 seconds to achieve a bright glow under dim light
• The necklace is black waxed cord 1.5mm in diameter, 16in in length with a lobster claw clasp and 5cm extension chain.
